How do consignors log in?
Consignors receive a magic link via email — one click and they're in, no password required. They can also set a password if they prefer. The portal works on any device with a browser; there's nothing to install.
Can I customise the portal with my store branding?
The portal carries your store name and identity. Consignors see your branding, not TurnGoods'. Full white-label customisation is available on the Scale plan for stores that want complete brand control.
What if a consignor doesn't have email?
While email is the primary login method, you can also provide consignors with a direct portal link tied to their account. For stores that need phone-based access, contact us about alternative login options.
Does the portal work on mobile phones?
Yes. The portal is fully responsive and designed mobile-first. Consignors can track items, view payouts, and accept laybuy offers from any smartphone or tablet.
How are laybuy notifications handled?
When a buyer places a laybuy deposit on an item, the consignor gets an email with a direct link to accept or decline. They can review the deposit amount, payment schedule, and item details before deciding. If they don't respond within 48 hours, you're notified to follow up.
What plan do I need for the consignor portal?
The full consignor portal — including item tracking, payout history, laybuy notifications, and drop-off booking — is included on the Growth plan ($79/mo AUD). The Scale plan adds consignor remarketing and velocity intelligence.
Can consignors see other consignors' items?
No. Each consignor only sees their own items, earnings, and activity. Your store data is fully isolated per consignor.
