Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 30-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, choose a plan that fits or cancel with no obligations.
Which marketplaces can I list on?
TurnGoods currently supports listing to eBay AU, Whatnot, and Shopify. We're actively adding more — Trade Me NZ is next. If there's a marketplace you need, let us know and we'll prioritise it.
Can I import my existing inventory?
Yes. You can import items via CSV upload or we can handle a full migration from your existing system. Scale plan includes dedicated onboarding and full inventory migration assistance at no extra cost.
What's the difference between Pro and Scale?
Growth (2,000 items) includes the consignor portal, all marketplaces, AI pricing, finance and BAS reporting. Scale (unlimited items) adds the consignor remarketing engine, full inventory migration, dedicated onboarding, monthly check-in calls, and SLA-backed priority support. Scale is built for stores doing high volume that need a partner, not just a tool.
Is my data stored in Australia?
Your data is hosted on AWS infrastructure with Australian region availability. We take data sovereignty seriously — your business data stays under Australian jurisdiction.
Do you handle GST and BAS reporting?
Yes — Growth and Scale plans include GST calculations, tax-inclusive/exclusive pricing, and BAS-ready reports. Consignment payout splits are calculated automatically with GST built in. You can also export to Xero or MYOB-compatible CSV.
How does the consignor portal work?
Your consignors get a self-service portal where they can check item status (listed, sold, paid out), view sale prices, and track payouts. No more "where's my stuff?" emails — they check themselves anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No lock-in contracts. Cancel from your account settings anytime — your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything.
What does "priority support" mean?
Growth plan gets priority in our support queue — your emails are answered before Starter requests. Scale plan adds an SLA guarantee (4-hour response during business hours) and a dedicated contact for your store.
