To allow adequate time to fully explore all sales opportunities for your item(s), a minimum consignment term of six (6) weeks is required.
The listed price includes a surcharge for payment processing, platform fees, and shipping, which is covered by the purchasing customer. Your payout is not affected by surcharges and will be based on the agreed sale price minus our commission.
Consigned items will be listed within the agreed sales range. Any deviation from this pricing must be agreed to by the consignor in writing (including via the TurnGoods platform).
Your item may sell on lay-by, which is a six (6) week payment period. At the end of this period, once the item has shipped, you will receive a payment form.
Where a customer has deposited for lay-by and decides to relinquish their deposit, the amount will be split equally between the consignor and consignee (50/50).
Any item received that is deemed by our third-party authenticator to be not authentic will incur a fee to cover authenticating and administrative costs.
If the item is not retrieved within one (1) month of notification, it will be destroyed.
For direct purchase items, once the item has been received and this agreement has been accepted, a termination fee equal to the agreed percentage of the direct purchase value will apply if the consignor wishes to retrieve the item.
Authentication requires 1–2 business days to complete. A payment form will be sent to you for your details. Payments for direct purchases are processed on the agreed schedule.
The consignor warrants that they are the lawful owner of the item(s) and have full authority to consign or sell them. The consignor indemnifies the consignee against any claims of ownership disputes.
As a licensed second-hand dealer, we may require government-issued identification for record-keeping in compliance with local legislation.
Personal information collected will be used solely for processing your consignment or sale and will not be shared except as required by law.
We collect only what is necessary to manage your consignment — your name, contact details, and item information. We do not store copies of your identification documents.

By submitting items through the TurnGoods Consignor Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
Digital acceptance is recorded at the time of submission.
