• Pages visited and features used (via Plausible Analytics — no cookies, GDPR-compliant)

• To provide and improve the TurnGoods service

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure within the Asia-Pacific region. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-access basis.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. After cancellation, data is available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted within 90 days. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
