Who this is for
Australian eBay sellers with an existing inventory who want to investigate a specific question: which listings need attention, what to check before discounting, or how to record whether a change was worthwhile.
We are looking for a consenting second seller to test this workflow. This is an operator-assisted pilot; availability, scope and any cost are agreed before work begins.
What we would do together
- Agree the question and data. Start with a conversation. We agree the minimum inventory fields needed and a secure transfer method before you send an export.
- Review a small group. Separate recorded facts from assumptions. Check condition, photos, postage and relevant comparisons before suggesting an action.
- Write down the decision. You decide which changes to make. Record the action date and retain a group for comparison where practical.
- Follow up honestly. Keep non-sales, cancellations, refunds and missing data in the record.
What you should expect
An agreed review scope, a record of the evidence and limitations, and a follow-up method. We do not promise a sales uplift, automatic price changes or direct publishing to every marketplace.
You keep control of your account and listings. We do not need your eBay password. Please do not send buyer details or an inventory export through the enquiry form.
What our evidence can tell you
TurnGoods is used in Still In The Box AU, our founder-operated store. Those observations are a real operating example, but they are not independent customer results. Historical comparisons cannot separate the effect of our tools from selection, seasonality and other changes.
Any use of your store’s results in a public case study would require separate permission. Joining a discussion does not give that permission.
