Privacy notice for the public website

Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, with optional business or enquiry details. We use this information to respond and keep a record of the enquiry. Please do not include passwords, buyer records, identity documents or a full inventory export. A seller-data review requires separate handling arrangements.

Enquiry handling

Enquiries are processed by our server and stored so they can be followed up. An email notification may contain the information you submit and is sent through our email service provider, Resend. A successful form receipt means the enquiry was accepted for follow-up; it is not proof that a notification reached an inbox.

Website analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Plausible to understand page visits and interactions, such as calculator use and accepted enquiries. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers; this website is not described as cookie-free. Browser and device information, page addresses and interaction data may be processed. Do not put personal information into page URLs.

You can turn off public-site analytics in this browser or turn it back on. This preference uses local browser storage. It does not remove data already collected or apply to other browsers.

Service providers

Hosting, website security, analytics, email and externally loaded fonts or assets involve service providers. These requests can disclose network and browser information to those providers. Some processing may occur outside Australia; we do not represent that every provider processes data only in Australia.

Access, correction and privacy questions

Use our contact form or email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, or to raise a privacy concern. Tell us enough to locate the enquiry without sending sensitive documents. We will assess the request and any applicable record-keeping requirements.

Before a seller-data review

Ask us to confirm the responsible service operator, data requested, access, retention and deletion arrangements before sending an export. This notice describes the public website; it does not supply a consent or data-processing agreement for a seller pilot.
